| Open to any salsa cook in the
area 18 years of age or older! Contestants must provide at least three
gallons of their salsa
for tasting purposes.
Salsa must be prepared in advance and
commercial salsas are not permitted.
Awards presentation will begin at 3 p.m. on the Dance Stage.
The entry fee is $12 for Thornton residents and $17 for nonresidents.
