Our neighborhoods are the environment in which we live and raise our families. Blight and nuisances can devalue, detract, and degrade the quality of any neighborhood. The City has adopted codes that govern the use and maintenance of private property.

Homeowner Associations (HOAs)

Residents in subdivisions with Homeowner Associations must also follow the covenants for that HOA. Residents can obtain HOA covenants from their HOA property management company. The following is a list of property management agencies for various Thornton HOAs.

Residents in manufactured home parks must follow certain City codes as well as neighborhood guidelines.  Refer to the lease agreement for specific information on the responsibilites of residents and the property management.  The following brochure contains information about City Code property maintenance requirements.
