Metropolitan Mayors and Commissioners Youth Award

We are now seeking nominations for the Metropolitan mayors and Commissioners Youth Award (MMCYA).  We are looking to recognize youth between 13 and 19 years of age who have overcome adversity in their life and our making positive changes in their life and the lives of others.  Nominations are due Wednesday, January 14, 2009.  We will honor all nominees at the City Banquet on Friday, February 6, 2009.  For more information and to receive a nomination for, please contact Jenny Dowdell at 720-977-5934 or email at jenny.dowdell@cityofthornton.net
