TEEN TIME ADVENTURE SERIES

The Cities of Thornton, Broomfield,  Northglenn, and Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District cooperate to offer a teen adventure series for 11-to-18 year olds through Adams County R.A.P. (Recreational Alternative Programs). Register for these programs at the Carpenter Recreation Center or Thornton Community Center. Space is limited for all events so register early to ensure a spot!

Denver Parade of Lights and Pizza
Ages 11 - 18
Enjoy the festivities without the winter elements.  Join us for a pizza dinner before watching the Parade of Lights from a warm and cozy hotel room.
Location: Meet at Northglenn Recreation Center
Fees: $18 Residents / $22 Nonresidents

Mountain Tubing
Ages 11 - 18
It is Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, and school is out.  Dress warm (gloves, coat, boots, hat and ski pants) and wear sunscreen.  We will stop for lunch after tubing.  Bring a snack.
