North Metro leaders question RTD FasTracks decisions

Due to funding shortfalls, RTD has proposed changes that may greatly reduce or eliminate FasTracks service in many North Metro communities, including Thornton. Now area leaders are questioning whether residents will be paying for FasTracks without seeing any of the promised improvements.
